Phoenix Photography uses SMS (text messaging) to keep customers informed about their photo orders. Messages sent through this program are limited to:
This program does not send promotional or marketing messages. We send only the transactional notifications described above.
You opt in to receive SMS messages from Phoenix Photography by visiting phoenixphotoinc.com, placing a photo order, and affirmatively checking the SMS consent box on the order form before submitting payment. The consent box is not pre-checked. You must check it yourself.
The consent disclosure shown on the order form reads as follows:
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may complete your order without checking the SMS consent box. If you do not opt in, we will use email and in-person pickup to deliver your order instead.
SMS-keyword opt-in (texting a keyword to our number to enroll) is not supported. Opt-in is only available through the web order form.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Phoenix Photography. Additional opt-out keywords we accept include UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.
After you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed. After that, we will not send you further SMS messages from this program unless you opt back in by placing a new order and checking the consent box again.
Reply HELP to any message we send you and you will receive a response with contact information and a brief description of the program.

Message frequency varies by order, with a typical maximum of 3 messages per order. Most customers receive one or two messages per order — a digital-photo delivery message and, occasionally, a status update. This is not a recurring subscription; messages stop when your order is complete.
Message and data rates may apply. Phoenix Photography does not charge a fee for these messages, but your wireless carrier's standard text messaging and data rates may apply to messages you send to us or that we send to you. Check with your carrier if you are unsure about your plan's rates.
Phoenix Photography SMS Notifications are available on the major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, and Google Fi, among others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The phone number you provide when you opt in is used only to send you the transactional messages described in this program. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, please see our Privacy Policy.
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued participation in the program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
